Mission The mission of Hardin-Simmons University is to be a community dedicated to providing excellence in education enlightened by Christian faith and values. Location Abilene, TX. 150 miles west of Ft. Worth. Athletics Member of the National Collegiate Athletic Association, Division III and American Southwest Conference.
